Muzaffar al-Din Shah's decree to transfer ownership of Tasuj to Nur al-Saltanah, 1899
Muzaffar al-Din Shah transfers the ownership of the village of Tasuj in Azarbayjan to his daughter, Nur al-Saltanah. Two years earlier, the state revenue from this land had been granted to her husband, Kazim Aqa, and her child. Now, with the confirmation of the premier, Amin al-Sultan, state revenue [tyuyul] of this land will be permanently transferred to Aqa Mirza Kazim and Nur al-Saltanah's child.

Mirza Riza's complaint
Mirza Riza claims that the house and garden located in the Vijubah neighborhood of Tabriz, which he purchased from Khvajah Hartun the Christian has been seized by Haji Mihr ‘Ali Tabrizi. Mirza Riza has an order from Mirza Mahmud Shaykh al-Islam in support of his claim. However, Haj ‘Ali also claims ownership of the house and has a supportive order from Imam Jum‘ah Mirza Isma‘il and Haj Mirza Aqa Javad. Jewish woman's conversion to Islam, 1901
Includes three telegrams by Muhsin from Savujbulagh regarding a Jewish woman who fled and converted to Islam with the help of a Kurdish Muslim; her husband declared his conversion by shaving his head and beard in order to take his wife back; later, he denied the conversion and announced that he was coerced to convert. Some of the ‘ulama accused him of blasphemy and ordered his killing. Thus, people have gathered to witness the execution and are causing turmoil. The writer has arrested the man to protect him from execution and asks for guidance on how to settle the matter.
